The Story of an Hour- A story about women's rights The Story of an Hour, which was written by Kate Chopin, tell us a story about a woman who lived in 19 century and experiences a series of things within an hour: Knowing the news about her husband's death and then finding he's coming back. In addition, according to the last paragraph, we know that Mrs. Mallard died after she found her husband was alive, but "the doctor came and they said she had died of heart disease joy that kills".
