Game Changer!
MediaWiki is great, it's open source, stable, powerful and extremely useful. It has has a ton of features and still easy to customize. You still need a good deal of technical acumen to get this up and running. Plus, the updates are fast and furious - watch the functionality and power skyrocket thanks to the tremendous community supporting this project.

WYSWYG editing is a little sketchy and there is little support for FCKedit and TinyMCE.

Can't get enough
This is probably the single most influential project for the internet (outside of the internet itself!). Wikipedia and all kinds of other "pedias" are powered by this, and Wikipedia's unparalleled impact on ALL internet users just shows the power of the internet and citizen media. Very cool!
