Stickler! is a skinnable scrolling headline ticker for RSS/ Atom feeds. Simply drag and drop URLs, links, or badges that point at valid feeds and then watch the news go by, updated automatically or on user-specified schedule. Users can change not only the skin appearance, but also the font, scrolling speed, background color, and transparency.
