    Good but can be very expensive

    We use the group edition and it has everything you need except email campaigns but we use campaign monitor for email newsletters. It works fine but the costs add up very quickly especially when you compare it to the other Open Source options like vTiger & SugarCRM.


    PRO: Its reliable, secure and has good support.


    CON: It costs $


    So, go out and get this if you don't mind paying $600++ a year

    We're paying $1200/year!! WTF!! Its a good , solid product but the cost can quickly add up for a small business
