What are some of the other hosting repositories besides sourceforge, codehaus & freshmeat?

I am looking to start a new opensource endeavour and wanted to get a sense of what some of the other hosting repositories besides sourceforge, codehaus & freshmeat AND what are the relative advantages/disadvantages?

    There are several - BerliOS, Savannah, SEUL, Tigris, freepository, etc. etc.

    Believe it or not, Microsoft has CodePlex out. www.codeplex.com


    OS projects for windows. Not a big listing, but present, nonetheless.
