Any good tools for putting together wireframes (NOT Photoshop!)

I'm looking for some lightweight app that will allow me to mock up wireframes quickly. I can do this in Powerpoint but it is very restrictive and cumbersome. Looking for free apps only :)

    Try Fireworks... newbies use this app to show their ideas for the design.

    I would use iWeb that comes bundled with Tiger - its simple to use and gives you all the tools you need to create simple webpages/wireframes + there's nothing like getting the final result in HTML.


    That and it doesn't cost $200! :)
