Yes Dear im looking for search software like GOOGLE to Add my images and document and search for them, i wish if there is open source softwaear can do that, to be use in PC and Mac.

Add AnswerOn the mac, you can check out Pandora. It is not Open Source, but it is really excellent. http://www.positivespinmedia.com/shareware/Pandora/

If your requirements are not web-based Google Picasa is a free and will searh your hard-drive for the images. I believe it allows you to all meta-data (comments) to the images & gives you the ability to publish them online.

If your web site is already up and google indexed, you can run an advanced google search on it.
You may try X1, Copernic or Google Desktop Search.
I will pick one between X1 and Copernic though preferably Copernic.
There are a few open source options like Regain but they are cumbersome and not too fit (as GDS) for home use.
