SpecTcl is a Tcl/Tk based histogrammer suitable for analysis of nuclear physics data. SpecTcl is relatively easy to learn, and is based on top of a very open C++ histogramming class framework. SpecTcl has been developed under NSF grant PHY-9528844.   [edit]
