openSIMS is distributed via SourceForge under a modified Mozilla Public License. OpenSIMS ties together NMap, Snort, and other open source tools into a Security Infrastructure Management System. From the website, "OpenSIMS provides a way for tying together the open source tools used for security management into a common infrastructure with a real-time RIA for a new kind of analysis and visualization of enterprise network security. Things like Nmap, Snort, Nagios, and Nessus have already been integrated; and we have big plans for the future. Working together, like these tools, we hope to create a model for "Community Centric Security"."   [edit]
