Internet.com's freelance marketplace is interesting but the problem is that you get what you pay for. I've used Elance, RAC and oDesk, and found that Elance is often-times good for low-end jobs. For larger, organized jobs, oDesk is best, and RAC falls somewhere in the middle. Guru I have not tried, and I cannot see why a free site will be good, especially when you as a coder are hoping for some good, long-term jobs.
