We covered the SourceForge Community Choice Awards announcement in early July, and now the winners have been named. I have a pretty fast connection at home - am able to achieve download speeds of upto 1 Mbps (when downloading from apple.com and the like) but my emule downloads seem to cap out at 15-20 Kbps which is crappy when you're trying to download a 10-15 gigs on a regular basis - don't ask what!! :)
Any thoughts/Suggestions??
