“The Migration.”
Migration has existed since human beings started to move in order to secure life opportunities diverse environments. This is how the migration of man have always been and possible will always be. It will be key factor in our past history and in present times. Man’s existence has always been tied to Migration, which is why in today's world, migrations from small or rural vicinities to large cities must be promoted to increasing social, economic and cultural development.
Migrations increase economic development, while allowing sustainability and employment opportunities. Effectively in today's societies, the increase of the index of individuals in a population helps create groups of young people, capable of taking charge in the sustainability of society. Thanks to the increase of people, the rate of employees and positions in trades has increases, allowing the economic development of society. This is why migration has a beneficial effect on social and economic frameworks of society, thanks in large part to young migrants who are capable of sustaining a society.
Secondly, the movement of social translation allows intercultural development and decentralization. For instance, take the city of Havana, Cuba as an example; Havana is a development-oriented society with an intercultural environment. Thanks to the immigrants from different localities in Cuba, they are the ones who contribute with their innovations and diverse cultural ideas and concepts.
