Why Should Bullying be taken as a Serious Offence?
Bullying is something done deliberately against a person or group of people to upset or hurt them or damage their property, reputation or acceptance by others. Other bullying statistics show that about 77 percent of students have admitted being the victim of one type of bullying or another. This proves that bullies have their own tactics, and most bullies know what effects their victim the most and use these strategies consciously.
