At Google, being you is a job requirement. The more an employee can be themselves the more they can bring to the table. This helps brings intellectual and diverse perspectives help drive their policies, there and work environment. The amazing diversity of Google’s Inc that allows them to do extraordinary things. In 2010 Google held a diversity and inclusion training in India for the first time. Over 700 people participated in this initiative to increase employee sensitivity and awareness of differences across genders, cultures, and sexual orientation.
