Wreck
Wake up in the summer on a hot sunny morning having a bad feeling about the day ahead,
But for no reason at all. The day goes on just like any other ordinary day, but still a sour taste in my mouth.
Nighttime approaches and my buddy go for a ride in his new 2012 dodge challenger.
Just two kids are having fun driving on some back roads. We begin to go around a sharp bend and see a deer in the middle of the road. We swerve to miss the deer, then bang. After this moment, all we remember is the smell of the airbags going off.
Everything from that point on is still foggy to this day other than people telling us what happened. Waking up in a hospital bed with a pounding headache and a million questions. Like what in the world did we just go through? Weeks later, we went back to the site of the accident, where we hit a tree and put the car in a ditch. My friend and I were very lucky that we had our seatbelts on. Although it was a bad event, you learn to appreciate things more after a bad event because things could have been a lot worse.
The Final Seconds
The referrer blows the whistle The timeout is over 4th quarter with 3 seconds left I walk to the foul line The biggest 2 shots of my life lie ahead of me Were down by one point Make 1 to tie or make both to win The crowd is going crazy For me to miss both shots I set my feet Reff looks at me and says two shots Knees shaking My heart beating rapidly The reff passes me the ball I bounce it twice Look at the rim and bounce it one more time While spinning the ball I look at the rim I bend my knees and. .

The ball goes through the net My team up by one point With three seconds left Opposing team inbounds the basketball Threw up a shot No good We have won the game!
Christmas morning
Christmas morning at 17 years old, it's not as fun as it once was. I wake up around 9 am my parents are up and my brother is still sleeping so I wake him up. We go downstairs, and there is presents under the tree that we begin to open. Every year there is always one present my brother and I have to look for, which is the best part. Now that we have finished opening the presents its time to begin searching. My stomach begins to churn. . where is my present hidden? My brother goes upstairs first to look so I follow him, and he finds him, yet I am still without a present in hand. I go back downstairs and now start to begin to worry because our presents are usually together. My whole family begins to look at me and start laughing because I have yet to find my present. Now I go to the basement to look and still no luck because I did not find it. I now begin to start thinking great maybe I don't have a hid...
