Deep Dark Torture
Deep down here in the deep dark Forrest Where no one can be heard, seen, or found A deep dark Forrest where the end cannot be found A forest where fake fears are created from the mind within No hope, escape, or help to be found Lost and trapped in the deep dark gloomy forest The monsters that can not be seen, or found, by others but lurk there in the forest They seem so real in the never-ending deep dark forest Where is the salvation Where is the care Where is the hope These three key questions are the only way out of the never-ending dark forest Filled with monsters surrounding all through the day and night Can you escape the deep dark never-ending forest?

The poem I have created is called Deep Dark Torture and is in the form of a persona because it gives my poem a dramatic aspect and makes the audience have to think about what exactly the poem is expressing. The key features of the persona include alliteration which is shown in the line "Deep down here in the deep dark forest," and ambiguity, which is shown in the line "The monsters that can not be seen or found by others but lurk there in the forest". These key poetic techniques support the idea that this poem is a persona.
