Adding a tower server to a rack

I have some headroom in a rack. Is it cool to add some tower servers to that rack? What should I be concerned about?

    shouldnt be a problem as long as your COlo guys don't care. I'd check:
    - BIOS
    - Enough space for heat dissipation
