OStatic

I would like to install laconica, on my system, and i have series of problems. First some PHP dlls were missing on my system, it was a windows install, and second phpadmin wouldn't work to initialize the database, as mentioned in the documentation.Mysql wouldn't initialize - probably(?), now I can't get past the
phpadmin stage for some reason. Can you help?
