Bandwidth Manager for CentOS

I'm having a bandwidth controller program working on LINUX 7.2 (P-III processor) , how can i make this program work on CentOS 5.2. What changes I had to do on different files of bandwidth controller program So that it get successfully programmed on CentOS 5.2 (P-IV Processor)
