wanna have a comparitive sudy of SugarCRM and VTiger CRM, the modules, the features, probably the important one is the customization part.

    Kalai - vTiger is a fork off the SugarCRM poject. I had installed both and found Sugar to be a lot more active and the features seemed to be further along. They also have a more active community to get your questions answered, because, quite frankly, there are a ton of quirks in Sugar and you want to have a community to lean on.
