Document Management System on Windows Server

Hi -

Does anyone have a recommendation on an open - rouce document management system or knowledge management system for 300-500 people - web based, running on Windows environment?
Much like Documentum or e-docs?

    The best DMS tool for your requirement is SAP DMS...works well for controlled/ businees documents.
