Help Me for DMS !!!

Hi there, im search for open source Document Mangment System for Storing my Document and Images, where i can store them in the server or my desktop (PC/MAC) and let the users to search for them with access level, and can manage the files from deletion by the users while they can add, and if there is way to add meta data or key words for each document or image.

Tell me where i can Find it, i cant pay for such software's its too expensive.

    Do you have any technology limitations? Take a look at Alfresco (http://www.alfresco.com/). They may have all that you are looking for.

    if you just want to use it a little time.you could use the quickbase,www.quickbase.com .You could grant your privillege to some body and you could store or delete you data by privillege.
