I just want to ask...Why I cant change my homepage on Windows? I tried to change it on tools but still I cant. Hoping you will help me thanks!

    What do you mean 'change your homepage'? Do you mean your default IE home page? If so, you can go to Tools > Options and change it there. You can choose your own, choose the current one, or choose the default.
