Open Source Job Boards?

We have a bunch of full-time and part time projects, as part of our consulting business, but its getting harder to staff our projects through the use of traditional job boards (Monster, Dice, etc.).

What sources have other hiring managers found successful in identifying competent IT resources to fill Software Development and Business Analyst positions to work on J2EE / open-source projects?

I saw several links to oDesk on OStatic. Anyone here had a good (or bad) experience through that?

    Have used oDesk. Easy set of tools to guarantee work. The review system cuts both ways, so be sure you have clear specs when you request work, and be realistic about the quality. You get what you pay for, but the system is very efficient. It is a great, great service. Much better than the other ones where you typically get bottom-feeders, with a very hit-or-miss experience.

    You've probably tried elance and rentacoder.com - they have some good people on there - case in point - Digg was built by coders found on rentacoder!
