I am looking for some type of php open source mentor type application. I have search using Google but only come up with this one http://mentorscout.com/. However this is the type of application I would be looking for

    Try OpenHRIS, OrangeHRM or WaypointHR. These are all comprehensive open source human resource management applications and should be a good starting point to build something similar to mentorscount (which looks pretty crappy btw)
