Skype plugins for Address Books

Are there any good VOIP or skype plugins for address book applications so I can just 'click to call' an existing contact? I would like to kick off a call from my address book directly, and potentially integrate that with my VOIP client too. Any ideas?

    Skype has a toolbar which allows you to click and call numbers directly from websites.

    If you are on a mac, you can check out the plugin delivered by voip.com

    http://www.voip.com/mc_mac_extension.asp

    It is integrated directly in the address book, so you can context-click on a contact and place a call directly.
