    What do you mean by message validator? What specifically are you looking to validate? Is this schema validation? Do you have any examples?

    Yes schema validator you are right.I would like to find a tool which can be used for soap message validation coming from different platforms and validate against schema

    If you want to verify the messages sent & how the SOAP XML data format is communicated between server & client, then use the open source tool WireShark to track the request/response.
