    on os x (and the apple tv):

    ~/Library/Application Support/BOXEE/


    on linux:

    ~/.boxee/


    on windows xp:

    c:Documents and Settings[username]Application DataBOXEE


    on windows vista/7:

    c:Users[username]AppDataRoamingBOXEE


    notes:

    1. on unix-like operating systems '~' means 'users home directory' (ie: /home/[username]/)

    2. boxee keeps all user-related config info in: 'UserData' (guisettings.xml, advancedsettings.xml, etc)

    3. boxee keeps all profile-related config info in: '/UserData/profiles/[profilename]/'
