Where do I download JCAPS 6 and tutorials?

Where do I download JCAPS 6 and tutorials?
I need to learn this technology. Everywhere I go says I have to purchase it.
But I can't even get a the site to purchase JCAPS.
How much is it?
Can anyone send me a CD/DVD with JCAPS 6?

I have a book with that covers See Beyond. Will this be helpful with JCAPS 6?

    JCAPS is about SOA, and it uses GlassFish, NetBeans and Java. Not sure if SeeBeyond by itself will be of much use.
