    Drupal is rite now the CMS whic is been widely used.

    I have used Joomla!!, I found this very perfect CMS, Very flexible. Even in this you write your own component and create template.

    Best for what? This is such an open-ended and subjective question. Different needs beget different solutions. Drupal is not for everyone. Neither is Joomla. Or any other CMS. Questions like these are not the right ones to make any any meaningful decisions from!
