Nice penalty! $650+ for the iPhone and now a new one is out for $200 less. "Thanks, loyal customers. Pay us $200 more?" Well, I guess the $100 coupon is a start. Of course, with the fat margins, that is only, like $40-50. Wonder what I will get...

    Haha - calm down! At least Jobs was not afraid to eat crow and offer apologies and remedy the situation immediately. Others might have been arrogant an ignored it - "let them eat cake..." kinda guys. Leopard should be out. 100 bucks should serve that! Or, 99 new songs. Or eBay!

    Is Apple going to see a lot more of these cases to distract them from all the other innovative products? Anyways, a good lesson for all of us.
