    Don't have time for "general banter" but I would pick Wordpress if I had to pick one.

    For a casual Blogger is the easiest to setup and administer IMO - Google always makes it easy!


    But if you're a professional blogger with not too much other technical knowhow - typepad is the way to go - you'll have to pay but its way simpler and easier to manage than wordpress

    If I can use it, it must be easy.

    I have one wordpress.com hosted blog and I have my own that I host on my ISPs web space.
