Today, instructional video site 5min has announced that it has secured $7.5 million in Series B venture financing. Led by new investor, Globespan Capital Partners, the round also includes existing investor, Spark Capital. 5min has aggressively pursued syndication deals and partnerships with many media companies, and many people in the open source community may not realize the breadth of how-to videos on open source topics that you can find at the site.
