Migrating from Sendmail to Exchange 2007

We are looking at upgrading from sendmail to exchange 2007. Is there a quick & easy way to bring over our addresses from sendmail to the exchange box?

Tracking Bandwidth on Red Hat?

How can i track all the incoming and outgoing traffic on Red Hat mail server, where i am using sendmail as a mail server? Usually my incoming bandwidth is around 800 kbps but for the last few days it had increased to 2500 kbps even though i haven't added any users recently. Any ideas on why this might be happening and what can I use to monitor this?

Good hosting providers with root access

Hi - I need to set up a backup mail server. I would like to have a dedicated box in the cloud. I have looked at EC2 by Amazon, but that seems pricey for an always-on service. GoDaddy and 1and1 etc. don't really give you a lot of control, so I am not sure how good they would be. What services have you used nad how has it panned out? All I need is a backup mail server. I could run something as simple as sendmail or as advanced as Zimbra.
