I'm looking to optimize my blog for Bing and was looking for some of the basic things I can do to improve the position of my search results for bing.
Currently 90%+ of my search traffic comes from Google, 5-6% from Yahoo! and
I think my AWStats install is a little messed up because the numbers are VERY different from what I see on Google Analytics. Any resources, tutorials you've come across that might be useful in validating and tweaking my setup?
Google Analytics only does client side tracking. But, it doesn't track stuff like google bots, for example, which are not technically 'hits'. AWstats and Webalizer do server-side log-file analysis. Are we basically destined to use both in conjuction? How well does Awstats 'stats' stack up vs. webalizer? Vs. Google Analytics? Can I use only one solution for both client and server side tracking?
