LinuxWorld Gets Underway in San Francisco

The LinuxWorld conference kicked off in San Francisco today, and OStatic will be providing reports throughout the week. Among news already coming out of the conference, Hyperic has introduced a way to manage XenServer from a central dashboard, and Unison is showing a lash-up that provides PBX features, groupware and more for a single Linux server. This year's conference also includes some interesting public demonstrations of new technologies overseen by conference organizers. Here are some of the early announcements.
