Have been hearing a lot about vTiger but haven't gotten a chance to install and test it out. Any ideas on how it compares with SugarCRM, esp. in the following areas:
1. Email Campaigns
2. Importing Data
3. Granularity of user roles and rules
4. Ease of customization
