Ubuntu Server Team Wants Your Product Development Input

by Ostatic Staff - Dec. 03, 2009

If you have a few minutes to spare, drop in and take the 2009 Ubuntu Server Edition user survey and help Canonical figure out what direction the product should take during future development.

"In an effort to better understand, support and further the Ubuntu Server Edition we would like to ask you to take this survey which should take between 15 to 30 minutes to complete. The information provided will help us determine where we can improve support, where to add additional resources and to generate a better understanding of the community which we work within."

Results from last year's survey were culled from 50,000 respondents and provided a helpful overview of user demographics. It also helped suss out users in large organizations and users in countries with pervasive broadband, though admittedly undercounted both user groups.

This year's survey is brief so hop over and take a minute to share your thoughts. When you're done, have a look at last year's results [PDF] and see how your answers measure up.
