So many men , woman and families struggle between job and family. Which do you choose? How do you choose? For many the decision is easy for others its life changing to make any decision. Everyone has things they need in life, that is why we need our jobs but when is it too much.
You wake up one morning and head to work but this time you are the boss. You did it, good money and flexible hours (So it would seem). You feel as though you reached the top of ladder. Life will become simple for you and your family of seven. Bills are getting paid on time and the children are joining sports and clubs. They spend time away from but they are involved in so many activities you have a calendar just to remind you when you walk in the house why they are not there. You are able to do what you felt along you should be doing, buying the things the family wants.
The flexible hours turn into flexible for the employees you employ. Your older children begin to bring the younger ones to school so you can get to work early, for numerous reasons. With all the money you are making you go grocery shopping and fill the refrigerator with quick and simple meals and snacks so they children to make a meal just in case you are not home in time to cook. Which is every night because some staff member called in and you are the boss and cannot let anything go wrong.
In a higher position of employment you do not always see how it will affect what you do and how you handle your home. Bills might get paid and the kids can get what they need plus want and that is great. But, what do you do about the times you miss with your children and your spouse. Can you look back and remember when your daughter had her heart crushed by her boyfriend? Can you remember the last time you helped your children with their homework? All the conversation that was once done at the kitchen table have come to an end. Talking with y...
