Task 3: Reflection Paper

Introduction
It is important to know our makeup. Our true make up is revealed in our daily activities. In this paper, I will be describing my energy graph, my strengths, challenges, how it relates to my academics, and my career.

A.1.
Each person will have their own unique working style. My 5 Dynamics report, showed me that I was effortless for execute, deliberate for examine, excite and explore. The results kind of surprised me, I was expecting different in some areas of the graph. My strengths are being timely and efficient. I can be very structured and can put tasks into action without a struggle. I keep a calendar of my assigned days to work on my phone to stay organized. At the start of my shift, I look up my patients labs, history, diagnosis, and medications. Having this information on my patients ahead of time keeps me organized and makes shift report run smoothly. This helps me hold my staff members accountable and helps me to delegate any tasks at the beginning of the shift. One of the challenges for me will be trying to learn and complete tasks at a face pace. The other challenge will be taking things slow, and letting others take the lead. I realize that it is so important to be quick to listen and slow to speak. This will help me see the whole picture when I am trying to fix issues others learn.

My experiences with conversation have been enlightened in this course. We all have purposes and concerns. I adapt to authenticity when speaking to doctors. I believe that happens because, most doctors are willing to educate the nurses. I honor their expertise in the field, and respect time constraints.
