Fuente: Aduana de ChinaFrancia lidera largamente el mercado de licores finos de la partida 2208, correspondiéndole el 98% del total del volumen importado, seguido muy de lejos por Italia con el 1%.En lo que corresponde a los vinos de la partida 2204, el total de las importaciones para el año 2002 alcanzó los US$ 23.2 millones, correspondientes a 30.4 millones de litros, destacando como proveedores Chile con el 58.6% del mercado, Argentina con el 11.47%, Francia con el 8.66%, España con el 7.88% e Italia con el 5.24%.Con el propósito de tener una idea global de la segmentación global del mercado habrá que tener en cuenta que en China, la población urbana representa aproximadamente el 36% equivalente a cerca de 450 millones de personas. Asimismo, la población entre 16 y 65 años (variable estadística) representa el 70% del total de la población.Una tendencia importante que se viene observando en China es el establecimiento de joint ventures de empresas de Francia e Italia principalmente con productores locales para la fabricación de vino en China, con tecnología de dichos países, lo cual viene generando un "upgrade"en la calidad y presentación de las marcas de vinos locales, dentro de las cuales destacan Dragón Seal y Dynasty.Condiciones de Acceso al MercadoLa comercialización de licores en China se encuentra bajo la tutela de la Administración del Estanco de los Licores, entidad estatal dedicada a controlar y supervisar el registro y distribución de licores en el país.Las importaciones sólo pueden ser realizadas por empresas que cuenten con licencias de importación.
