The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist is situated in Washington, DC and has over 51,000 members. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists is a group of professionals that provide healthcare for women. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists works mainly in four areas.1.Serving as a strong advocate for quality healthcare for women.2.Maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice and continuing education for its members.3.Promoting patient education and stimulating patient understanding of and involvement in medical care.4.Increasing awareness among its members and the public of the chancing issues facing women's healthcare.
