diagnosed the patient with degenerative spondylolisthesis with stenosis and scheduled a spinal fusion surgery. It was not available for him to get the surgery there and were sent to Medtronic. When everything arrived, the items were not sent to inventory. The surgery was said to take an hour and a half for them to complete.
