Cuando hablamos de la salud equitativa y las mejoras en la calidad de vida del paciente debemos tener siempre presente a lo que es la accesibilidad a los servicios. Estaremos hablando de un tema que se enfoca en los distintos componentes tales como: “la puntualidad, manera de trabajar, lo que cubre y los servicios brindados”. En los Estado Unidos el acceso de estos son considerados con poca flexibilidad. Esto quiere decir que muchos pacientes no se les dan la atención que se supone. Es por eso que en dicho país el sistema es algo comprometido debido a que existe un crecimiento grande en las cifras de los pacientes que obtienen un seguro para su salud. Todo esto hace que los modelos y las estrategias se hagan primordiales. Con el pasar del tiempo deberían optar por la medición y el aumento en cuanto a la atención medica; para que asi esta sea una eficaz y de seguridad. Debemos de medir los errores y dar medición al acceso de las atenciones en distintas partes de la sociedades. Debe de haber un aumento y una medición en el acceso a seguros de cuidados a corto y largo plazo. Por eso que estare abundando con más detalles de lo que es este proceso y de lo que con lleva.
La enfermería es una profesión humana; que se basa en la enfermedad-salud, ambiente y enfermería. Su desarrollo en la teoría ha facilitado lo que es el entendimiento y conlleva a aceptar lo complejo de lo que es nuestra profesión y sus distintos marcos teóricos. La antigua organización de enfermería es conocida como el “Consejo Internacional” que ha agrupado las actividades fundamentales de lo que es esta profesión dividiéndolas asi en cuatro fases: “Promoción de la salud, prevención de pato fisiología, restauración de la salud y minimización de sufrimiento”. Estas misma son las que se integran en distintas partes del mundo aunque no tengan la misma cultura , despues de que ambas tengan la misma meta que es el interés por lo que esta profesión y desarrollar la profesion de enfermería de una manera mundial.
El campo de enfermería es una profesión centrada en nosotros los seres humanos y su medio ambiente. Esto es lo que permite que el paciente elija la manera en la que se quiere sentir y de esta manera se le debe de brinda apoyo. Todo tiene como objetivo que esta profesión debe de ser llevada a cabo para siempre beneficiar al paciente y el cuidado que se le brindada. El cuidado tiene siempre como objetivo dar promoción al aprendizaje y permitir que el paciente sea participe de su recuperación o de la promoción de la salud. Esto es lo que hará cambiado la manera de vivir o evitando que condiciones en el ambiente le afecten al paciente.
