El idioma español e inglés han sido muy importantes en mi vida, desde niño siempre preocupe por hablar y escribir el español correctamente, desafortunadamente no tuve el privilegio de estudiar lo suficiente en español, y no logre obtener un nivel muy avanzado en mi vocabulario. De igual forma al aprender inglés a la edad de mi pubertad se me dificulto mucho, y hasta el día de hoy me sigue afectando.  Al tener desventajas tanto para practicar el español e inglés me ha dificultado comunicarme efectivamente, lo que me traído muchas críticas más sin embargo estoy orgulloso de hablar los dos idiomas y a diario trato de mejorar ambos.
Desde mi niñez me di cuenta de que personas de diferentes áreas hablaban diferente fue por eso que cuando era estudiante en El Salvador me preocupaba mucho por aprender a hablarlo y escribirlo bien, recuerdo que en ocasiones mis compañeros de aula no comprendían algunas palabras que yo decía ya que solo se usan en el campo, como “chumpe” en vez de “pavo”, o “lo vide” en vez de “lo vi”.  El poder tener el privilegio de asistir a la escuela me ayudó mucho a aprender nuevas palabras, y como usar algunas palabras correctamente, hasta el día de hoy todavía tengo muy claro de que si no hubiese ido a la escuela mi vocabulario fuese aún más pobre, ya que cuando mis padres, hablan en español todavía usan muchas de las palabras que yo poco a poco deje atrás.  Al llegar a Nueva York todavía en edad escolar me ha favorecido mucho ya que logre asistir a la secundaria y aprender el inglés más sin embargo al estar aprendiendo un nuevo lenguaje me afecto mucho mi español ya que al concentrarme mucho solo en el inglés, poco a poco se me fue dificultando cada vez más el español. En el presente puedo hablar los dos idiomas y me considero bilingüe, pero se me dificulta mucho en los dos idiomas encontrar las palabras apropiadas cuando estoy conversando, hasta a veces creo que en vez de mejorar mi vocabulario va...
