During this course, I have learned that ethics and moral values go hand and hand because both are based on the concept of doing right or wrong. In my professional environment, I tend to judge individuals based on their conduct or performance as it relates to a particular ethical or non-ethical issue. I try to be as fair as possible, so I try to look at the overall picture; and point out the intentions instead of focusing on his or her action before establishing my opinion of the matter. I understand that human-beings are going to make mistakes, but if we try to do what's right even in a wrong situation the outcome can be easier to handle as well as to resolve.EquityEquity, being my least closely aligned category according to EAI, can simply be defined as being fair and non-biased.
