En enero de 1992 ¿Debería la empresa reducir el precio del producto 101 de 9,41 a 8,64 USD/Kg?.De análoga manera analizaremos dos escenarios, uno a junio de 1992 manteniendo el precio de venta a 9,41 USD/Kg y otro modificando el mismo a 8,64 USD/Kg.Para las estimación de las ventas se ha utilizado el enunciado del caso, el cual dice que si mantenemos el precio a 9,41 se podrán vender 750.000 Kg, mientras que si lo bajamos a 8,64 USD/KG, la venta alcanzaría el 1.000.000 Kg.Además, el caso nos da tres variaciones de los costes estándares con respecto a los del ejercicio económico precedente 1991. Estos son una reducción del 7% en Iluminación y calefacción y del 5% en materiales y Suministros.De esta manera los resultados que me han salido sonlos siguientes:A junio de 1992 manteniendo precio ( (201) de pérdida total de HiltonA junio de 1992 reduciendo precio ( (806) de pérdidas totales en Hilton.Así pues, salvo error u omisión, parece menos gravoso para la sociedad mantener los precios aunque ello suponga reducir los Kg de venta.¿Qué producto interesaría tratar de colocar?Sería interesante intentar aumentar la capacidad de producción y venta del modelo 102 para reducir (o eliminar) perdidas y así llegar al punto muerto de este modelo. Para ello los costes estándares deberían de reducirse conforme se aumenta la capacidad de producción (siempre que no se sobrepase la capacidad de producción de dicho modelo).¿Cuáles pueden ser las causas de que la empresa haya vuelto a obtener beneficis durante el primer semestre de 1991?Tendré que repasar este tema, ya que no me salen beneficios……
