Introduction into human leadership
In psychology, human leadership includes all measures taken by superiors who influence the cooperation, coordination and communication of all members of an organization. In human ethics, it is a well-founded attempt by a manager to influence his or her own actions and those of others with suitable leadership techniques in a controlling and directional manner in order to achieve an idea of leadership goals. Leadership is a method to motivate "led" people for the set goals and to take them along on the way to the fulfillment of the goals, for the common success. The leadership process is a "permanent accompaniment" of the leaders. Within the framework of individual leadership, individual persons or groups of persons can be named as guided persons. The more specific term "team leadership" is also used for working groups and student groups. If the guidance refers to the entirety of all coworkers, then one speaks of personnel guidance or coworker guidance. These forms of leadership are referred to as "leadership" in the English-speaking world.
Human leadership takes place against the background of various social contexts such as family, school, university, politics, business, the military and sport within or outside an institution or organisation.
