Is America a Place Where People Can Reinvent Themselves?
America is a place full of opportunities, there are new jobs and new activities everywhere you turn no matter the state you’re in. For people perhaps in third world countries might desire a new way of life and want to go out and pursue it. A place like America, known as a first world country, many people would consider moving here for something described more like a second chance at life. Although before moving to America, one would need to know their strength and weaknesses and know who they are as a person and what they really want. America is a place where people can reinvent themselves because of all the jobs, education, and rights you can have an American citizen. America has earned the nickname “Land of Opportunities” because of its ability to change a person’s life for the better.
One aspect is having a right to free award-winning education. In some places getting a good education can be limited for reasons relating to gender, distance, or financial troubles. When coming to the U.S. especially as a child you are granted a free education, assuming you go to public school that potentially you couldn’t get anywhere else. Education is the gateway to knowing how to speak, write, and read and without it life would be difficult to go by.
Another way to look at it is getting a new and perhaps better paying job. Again, living in a place where it’s hard to get a job or a place that’s struggling and therefore resulting in you not getting the money you need, America would be the place change that. With access to a free education it then opens more doors for you to get a job that pays well. Everywhere you go there are jobs for everyone and this can be a turning point for a lot of people who just want to have the best of their life. Everyone has a passion no matter how big or how small it is it’s possible to achieve it here because of everything given to you. A job is also the gateway of getting a house and starting a family.
Life is overall is about going outside and enjoying life, it’s about learning and growing. No matter what age you are whether you’re a teen or in your middle ages you can always start over. America is the perfect place to reinvent yourself, there are lots of opportunities’ everywhere and there’s something for everybody. Reinventing yourself means to know yourself and to change and to go out and pursue what you really want and what’s best for you and your family. Living here gives you the skills you need to be the best you.
