Sears has benefited from a multicultural workforce. Diversity has benefited dozens of organizations when competing in the world marketplace. Very few companies today can afford not to take advantage of America's diversity in creating workforces filled with cultures that reflect our international marketplace."Latino buyers have 560 billion dollars to spent and African Americans and Asian Americans consumers spend 825 billion combined".(HR.com) so hiring employees of a diverse background are a competitive advantage.
